VEGGIE VIERNES

CELEBRATING PLANT-BASED EATING THROUGH MESO AMERICAN ART

Bringing together the vegan latine community of Southwest Denver in the historic Westwood Neighborhood

LET YOUR VEGGIE MASK SHINE

In order to show the spirit of the event, I created these Meso American masks that incorporated vegetables of all kinds based on the season when the event was held.

SUMMER

Summer eating means lots of options for plant-based eaters. The blue skies show the beautiful Colorado Days and the gold shows the rich summer sun.

END OF SUMMER

The end of summer means the harvest of chiles across the southwest. This mask is all about big chiles and orange fall tones.
