When looking for a new Brand JLG knew exactly what they wanted. The founders a husband and wife due wanted to move away from the traditional tropes of law firms. No series monograms, no shields and definitely no 100 years of service marks.

We landed on the function of stars as a moniker for the brand. Stars guide us and show us the path forward as the firm does for its clients. JLG’s firm is based on divorce, custody and estate planing therefore we wanted to a look that shows people were here for you in your darkest moments.
